you can, but waxing is better in the long run, even if it's more painful in the beginning.
if you decide to shave though, use a shave gel with extra moisturizer in it. after shaving, use Skintimate after-shave gel to prevent razor burn. then, i'd recommend bath&body works True Blue Spa product "over the bump" to prevent razor bumps.
one word of caution: once you start, it's like the hair on your legs-it grows back darker and more stubbly. and it itches when it grows back!

Yes you can.....get a new razor, some shave gel and go for it. Prepare for razor rash however, this is why I recommend laser hair removal.
