*Bush gets a bit of a pass on your list because, despite the rhetoric from the left, he's not a totalitarian. He's not a great defender of the rights of the individual, either, but the first four are or were able to maintain power by brutal suppression of the citizenry (Bush relied on questionable electoral procedure instead). Although he was a revolutionary, Che' believed he was fighting for the interests of the people--thus he gets my number one.

3. Saddam Hussein
4. Fidel Castro
5. Che Guevara
6. George Bush (although you did not specify which one, I don't believe either are evil. And as for you liberals, do you see W. killing thousands of his own citizens in the name of racial purity? No? Didn't think so.)

I would say that MY list would go something like Hitler, Stalin, Hussein, Castro Guevara, and Bush. While I may not like the policies he put in place one has to understand that he was elected by the people for all intents and purposes and that he has had very difficult issues explode on his doorstep, and while I hate to say it a good number of people agreed with his policies until the Iraq War became unpopular.
