Take them to a park. The park is a great place for kids of all ages. They get to play with other kids while bruning off energy. They will behaive because they are occupied. It will be easy for you because they wont get in a lot of trouble. If you are going to have them all day, pack a lunch and eat at the park.

Go to a local public playground. Kids love that stuff and all you have to do is watch. By the time they are done, they will be too tired to do any more damage.
PS if you have a couple of bucks, kids love ice cream

Enjoy the great outdoors. Go to the park. If Its rainy or too hot depending where you live and you must stay indoors try play dough.

Make paper airplanes, have them color them and make different types and then have a compitition in flying them.
