OH good grief.......NO WITCH HAZEL, NO ST. IVES........that stuff will freak your skin out if you are allready broken out. And it's not the BEST at all.......I am a medical esthetician and have been doing preventative and corrective skincare for 8 years. Ideally, you would want a product that contains a small amount of Salicylic acid in it. I would recommend Biomedic's Purifying cleanser. If you have to buy drugstore products, then look for something by Cethaphil or Nuetragena......SALICYCLIC acid is the ingredient to look for.
As far as nutrition is concerned, for skin conditions, we need approx 1000-2000 mg of Vit C a day, one Tbsp of Wheat Germ gives you a great source of E and 500 mgs of calcium/preferably get one that has a combination of magnesium as well. Magnesium is a wonder mineral!!

Wash with St. Ives Apricot Scrub, followed by Noxema. The scrub sloughs off your dead skin cells, and the Noxema makes your face feel smooth.
I don't know what vitamin you should take, probably just a multi-vitamin will be alright.
As far as calcium goes, if you're not getting much in your diet, you want to take at least 600mg a day. The brand doesn't matter, just make sure it's calcium plus D because vitamin D helps your body absorb the calcium.
I'm glad that you're starting young to take care of your bones!

Witch Hazel is an amazing cleanser and toner. Great in the summer to refresh your skin.
Without knowing your age, I would suggest you take a good multivitamin which contains added calcium.

Please stay away from the Noxema and the Apricot Scrub. These are too harsh if you have acne. You could end up with scarring.
Get Clinique Liquid Soap, Clarifying Lotion, and Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel.
The consultant can help you with what number to get.

try shiseido from the pureness range...this one is good for teenage skin prone to pimples... then use the toner and you may or may not want to use th moisturiser...
I found not using moisturisers on oily skin.. better...
You may also want to use a scrub once or twice a week (can do with Sheseido which is very gentle or cliniuque ones)..
Hope this helps.
