They are coming into our apartment and we have a dog and would prefer not to use insecticides inside and have tried spraying the outside perimeter but this doesn't help. What will work?

boric acid natural stuff line the baseboards of your house or red cayenne pepper keeps insects away ... keep cleaning ans mopping and leave a place where they can get out.. or just kill them and end it some kind of bate traps that have food no pesticide spray like roach traps with food might work./

I used to breed crickets for my frogs. Crickets die in about a week anyway. Just give them time. They breed in moist dirt.

tarantulas and geckoes eat dozens of crickets per week I have owned both and only 1 would I let run around my house. both are nocturnal hunters

I think alot of Frogs....Yea, Frogs love crickets.....
