why do men visit the women's health category and then put some sarcastic or gross comment. the woman asking may have a serious question.

Because 10% of any population are the "fringe", that need to act outside of social boundaries, just because.
I treat every question as serious, because since this is all anonymous, I will never know if someone is sitting there laughing because of my serious answer to their "joke" question. And I just may help someone who really can use the help.
