Han's? Cheap and good. They start pretty early on weekends.

Hi,
It will really depend on your budget.
TCC serves some very decently priced breakfast and they are of good quality.
Other cafes recommended include Menotti (Raffles City), Olio Dome and Coffee Club.
If you're planning to be a bit more lavish, opt for the hotels like Conrad and Oriental.
For a Sunday Brunch, Au Jardin at the Botanical Gardens is a good option. pricy though. 58+++

Have found this really good and affordable western buffet breakfast in East Coast. Only available on Sundays from 8-11am.
It's called the Beach Hut, and it's behind the McDonald's at East Coast Park. Walk through the McDonald's (exit thru the skater path) and cut through the pathway between Komala Villas and another cafe (name i forgot). It will be on your left.
Cost per head is $8 after tax.
