Any of the following:

Do You Want To? - Franz Ferdinand
I Predict A Riot - Kaiser Chiefs
Paper Tiger - Dry Kill Logic
Last Breath - Hatebreed
Bullets - The Editors
Where Is The Line With You? - Bjork

Some of them are quite old, but so what? They're my current fav songs!!

really anything by dashboard confessional. its really hard to pick a favorite... it might be Saints and Sailors though, because it just fits my mood alot so well when chris says,

"this is where i say i've had enough,
no one should ever feel the way that i feel now.
a walking open wound,
a trophey display of bruises
and i dont believe that im getting any better."
it fits me because its like... yeah... hes right, i shouldnt take this anymore. and plus his medephors ... totally spelled that wrong... but theyre so intigent.

and

"waiting here with hopes the phone will ring
and im thinking awful things
im pretty sure that few would notice"
it fits my mood because alot of times it feels like no matter what, no one will notice that im sad or something.

i just love it...

but then again i love all the songs from him.. so .. its hard to pick a favotire.

At the moment I'd say "Not A Crime" by Gogol Bordello, or "Blues Are Still Blue" by Belle & Sebastian. Although "End Of All Hope" by Nightwish is a good competator.

Martin Gore's Das Lied vom Einsamen Madchen. As you can tell by the title (which means Song of the Lonely Maiden) that it is sung very well in German. I can sing it and I don't know a word of German.

At the moment it's pretty much anything from Megadeth's 'The System Has Failed' album.
Particularly 'Of Mice and Men' and 'The Scorpion'
