When I'm interested in a company I usually look them up under Yahoo Finace. It will give you the top management's names, salary, etc. Also, Bloomberg.com has great info on the backgroud of the company.

That's actually pretty easy. You can go to the company's website and go to the investor relations section. From there, you can generally request a copy of their annual report.

companies almost publish annual report which contains financial statements that you may need. you can get those annual report either by asking them to send you one or you can find it from their web site..........
