is the nintendo ds system any good, i wanna get one but is it worth it...add any and all details

I got one this past Saturday and I absolutely love it. I've been playing it almost nonstop since then. My daughter has played it a few times and now she wants to trade in her gamecube and get one of these. If you go to EB games or GameCrazy or Gamestop, they usually have some used ones that are not quite as expensive. I paid 100.00 for mine, but after I traded in some games, I only paid about 20 for it.
The DS has a lot of games for it that interest both children and adults. And if you get one, you can go to half.com and get games a lot cheaper than buying them new in Wal-mart or Toys R Us.

They are a great little system. It can play both DS and Gameboy Advance games. If you liked the Nintendo 64 system you will like the DS, as the DS is essentially a pocket Nintendo 64 with a whole lot more features.

Absolutely, get the DS Lite its really really good lookin. I bought one yesterday and I was amazed of how rich and vibrant the colors were. (I own the regular Phat DS also) So get one its really cheap, plus the games are fun too such as (Animal Crossing, Metroid Prime Hunters,Mario Kart and many more)

It's great, you'll have more fun with it than with the PSP, I have both and I can tell you, the DS has more interesting games.

If you like a great variety of games and graphics buy a PSP. if you like puzzle games buy a DS.

my daughter got one for her birthday this year and she just loves it. she is 9, but i hear alot of children and even adults like them.
