These "lottery winner" scams are everywhere. You should be smart enough to figure this out when you realize you didn't buy a UK lottery ticket ding dong.
Don't fall for the rich uncle in Nigeria who died and now the nephew will give you 10% of his fortune if you can just send him some money for "whatever" scam either.
There's a million of them out there. Do you really think there are people running around giving away millions of dollars to people they don't know on the internet?

if you're meaning 5 million (a comma replaced into lacking, so I wasn't particular)... 5,000,000 GBP = 9,812,483 USD Or in case you meant 5,000 5,000 GBP = 9,813 USD the speed is one million GBP to one million.9625 USD (almost double)

Not any richer than if you got an email saying someone had money tied up in the Camaroon and all they needed was 2,000 dollars to transfer it to the US.
