Do the raise the moths on a farm or do they catch them wild? Also why are they so cheap when the moth balls box is so big and the moths so tiny?

Because the moths are so small they make the box for moth balls big so when you throw the box at them you have a greater chance of hitting them.

Same reason they make the business end of a fly swatter so large. Small flys, big swatter.

Small moths, big moth ball box.

SPLAT!
