i have verizon dsl ,do i still need a landline service ?

I think they have a naked line service which means dsl without a landline dialtone,if that what you meant.

Yes you still need a land line for the DSL connection but you do not need to have a phone account. Do a search on Google.com about DSL and you will see what I am talking about. :)

I dont think so. DSL is a data line, not a voice line.... Call Verizon...
