I am tryin to play it and I have the notes, I just don't have the right sound.

If it isn't sampled, most rap producers favour analog synthesizers for a reason that you're not going to like: it makes sounds difficult to replicate. Most likely the synthesizer being used in this piece of music (I'm not familiar with any sort of hip-hop, really) is a vintage or re-issue Minimoog or any synthesizer by Studio Electronics. Dr. Dre prefers the Studio Electronics SE-1X, for example.

It is a synth-lead tone. On my Casio keyboard, I can get close to it on the 230's tone. But it could be anyone from 227 to 331 on my keyboard?

Its probably like a roland synthesizer, i know it shows a keyboard in the video though. lil jon is a genius in the studio lol

I couldn't find the sound either. It's probably only found in rap studios.
