On the inside I am always screaming. My very existance is swallowed up by my own silent screams. I AM a silent scream. It has become my essence.
Do I think it would be cathartic to let it out? Heck yes! But then everyone would know I am crazy, and right now it's still just my little secret. I sit with a stoic stare, the quiet weirdo wallflower, just screaming like a banshee inside but the world will never know.
Maybe someday I will snap and just let it out!

Who is random? And why would I want to scream at random? What has been done by random? Is random's last name Lee? As in randomly?

Actually yes, but most of the time I have a reason. I might remember something I didn't like and then I scream at the top of my lungs.

No, but I use to get an urge to hit and I thought won't it be awesome if I could knock some sense into my co-workers and my boss. Then I thought ' wait a minute - I am not a postal worker'.

The neighbor's kids used to stand out in the back yard and scream. They really seemed to enjoy it.

the air in and out into your lungs during screaming will relax you.Even deep breathing 15 times causes the same positive effect
