People that are saying no they wont, I have to wonder about. Their defense is one of the best in the league...and that's very weird to say...but it's true (7th in 2005). Their offense was tormented by injury last season, but with everyone healthy, and some new additions (Rod Gardner and Greg Jennings) to help out Donald Driver, and Samkon Gado to back up Ahman Green (Samkon did quite well before he got hurt last season, they should start him, but I doubt they will) and Brett Farve facing his final season in the NFL. He's going to want to go out on top. You saw what happened after his dad died...everyone counted him out, saying he'd have an off day...and he had the game of his life. Well you count him out this year...I see a mistake. That guy is the king of comebacks. Hell they only lost by like 3 points in a lot of their games.
I expect Green Bay to pressure for a playoff spot, whether it be division crown on wild card. Lets face it...the Bears are good...but they aren't perfect, as a few teams taught them last year, and they didn't really make huge improvements to their offense, but there was some. The Lions pretty much signed a new team in free agency and the draft, plus a new coach, they'll need to time to get things going. Vikings....losing Culpepper was pretty big as well as Robinson....I'm not sure they can do much.
So with Green Bay and Chicago, it'll be a good fight. I'm from Wisconsin (Although I'm a Carolina fan for life) and I'll tell you, I wouldn't mind seeing Favre go out a winner this year...just as long as they don't knock Carolina out in the process.

A couple problems:
-Donald Driver is in no way capable of being a #1 WR. He's just not good enough.
-Brett Favre, I hate to say it, is so far past his prime that it's sad. He's a true legend, but he needed to get out of the NFL two years ago.
-Ahman Green is fragile, and if he's injured, they go back to last year's RB scramble. The way I see it, if Green goes down, cut the confusion and give the job to Samkon Gado. He's the best and probably the most durbale of the replacements.
-Aaron Rodgers is not ready to be a QB in the NFL. If Favre goes down, don't expect anything at all from Rodgers, he hasn't been given enough snaps or experience to do much of anything. They need to start giving him time to get ready for next year, when he is likely the starting QB.
