Oakland, san Francisco. Check out a map, go to California and it's that inlet(a bay) from the ocean in middle of the state. That's why it's called the bay area. There is no water near vegas and about as far from miami you can get and still be in the continental U.S. Great place to visit though.

Actually the bay area is in California. It's what they call the area that connects Oakland to San Francisco. It's a river that separates the two. That river is known as The San Francisco Bay.

Well obviously not Vegas....since its not near any water.
And Miami isn't usually considered a bay area. Its usually like Seattle, Washington; Chesepeak Bay, or San Fransico and Oakland.
