I didn't know that he won. I don't know what happened to Khali. All I heard was that he wasn't going to be there and the big show was replacing him in the match.

The entire GAB event was TERRIBLE. They changed everything. First, Lashley wasn't there. Second, they had to change Batista's match cause Mark Henry got hurt, but that was the one good match in the entire show. And the Undertaker fighting Big Show in the prison match was a big letdown even though I love the Undertaker. And Chavo turning on Rey was hilarious, but the match was boring as sin. I wasted 40 bucks!

Here's the lowdown: The Great Khali was supposed to face Undertaker, but was pulled after having problems with his liver in real life. This is slightly ironic because Bobby Lashley was also pulled from the event because of liver trouble.

Dave Meltzer reported on Saturday July 22, that Khali will be taken off the road by WWE due to a "liver disease" and will not participate in his match at The Great American Bash.

It did take place on the great American Bash, however the great Khali did no longer take part in it. He ws scheduled to, yet he had some liver problems on the final 2d, and massive practice confronted the Undertaker extremely interior the tournament. Undertaker ended up winning.

I didn't even know that he won. I've been checking wwe.com XD I didn't even know that Big Show was going to replace the Great Khali. Hmm..now I'm curious why he didn't come. That's odd..

Just glad he won(obvious he was from the on-set) and also glad Khali wasn't in the match. He was probably really pulled cause he can't wrestle..lol

the reason the great khali wasnt there, wasnt because of his liver, that was bobby lashley, the reason khali isnt there is he had a heart murmour, which means irregulary beats, and it could be serious.
