I Bonnibelle “BELLE” De Villa of legal age,. Requesting for Financial Assistance duly that I suffered of (Right Knee) Ligament injury, that’s why, I was unable to attend work because I couldn’t walk normally. I have been informed by the physician that I should go to the hospital for further emergency care. The doctor advised me to have Lab. Test (X-ray) when I got the result the doctor said it has No Bone Dislocation or Fracture in my knee and advised me again to take an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) to know If I’m going to undergo an operation or not. But, the initial finding of my Orthopedic Surgeon is to have Casting in my right knee and it takes a 4 ½ mos. to recover. Please help me a little bit...
