What do think about all the climate changes, the snow melting faster, and the pollution in our ozone layer? Do you think we will suffer severly in the next couple of years.

I believe that it is too soon to make any such predictions. Over the last few hundred years alone there have been climatic changes. If you look at weather graphs for temperatures in specific areas, you will note that there are cyclical patterns. For example, in the Mid-Atlantic states, the winters in the 1950s were colder than normal, and the snow fall was much greater than normal. I do not remember the exact temperature variation, but it was about 2 degrees colder than expected. One might have concluded that "global cooling" was underway. I believe that we have not seen enough conclusive information yet to say that we are in a terminal crisis. And many of the studies on Global Warming are highly disputed and not necessarily conclusive. You may be right, that this planet is in for harder times, but I believe that we not see them until 30 years or more from now. Changes happen much too slowly for us to expect any major calamities immediately.

Why, would you be disappointed if the human race were to survive?

I don't understand why people are so fixated on the whole "end of the world" scenario. If it does end, there's not a lot you can do about it. And if it doesn't, well then you can continue making up doomsday scenarios.

Things change. It happens. Adapt and get used to it.

Yeah, we probably will suffer soon, but humans have been treating this planet and its animals and plants and each other badly for way too long. When we finally die out it will probably be a nicer place, so, I'm not too worried about the end of the world.

When it is time for the world to end all the Christians will be taken to heaven with Jesus. All the people left behind will have time to turn to God and be saved or take the mark of the beast and die with Satan. During this time there will be great famine, drought, and misery. You can avoid all of that by simply turning to Jesus, and accept him as your savior.
