Why feel uneasy, your house will be well cared for and you be the talk of the street. Get two, one to clean one to cook and maybe a PA. Three, anyone who thinks it's odd needs to join the twenty first century, or maybe they are hiding something

I see nothing wrong with this.. I might be a little uneasy at first, but I think that's only nature when first getting to know someone.. I doubt being a transvestite would be the reason.

I would have no problem with it. As long as they're a good person - why shouldn't you be friends? And someone who has been through so much in life would be good company and may have a thing or two to teach you.
Friendship, like love, has to do with two people's personalities, not what they look like on the outside. You are lucky to have friend who wants to help you and has a good heart. And probably loads of great outfits you can borrow!

Why would you only ask females? I'm a gay man and I have no problem with a transvestite, transexual, or any other kind of housekeeper. The important part to this is that the person is, among other things, a housekeeper.

Friendship is not based on a person's orientation or sexual identity, but on the relationship of trust that is built between two people. Of course I'd be happy to employ a TV to help with house work, or to be friends with one. I need all the friends I can get.

The only thing I feel uneasy about it is, that I have no idea what kind of person you're talking about.

I mean, it depends on the personality not whatever their gender is for me to be friends with someone.

I would be friends with any person who is a nice, caring and loving individual... regardless or male, female, trans., black, white, pruple, pink or green.... I would just be glad for the help in the house! I have an 18 month old.

I used to live with a transvestite/drag queen and he did plenty of housework and was my friend. He just had this issue that he could date other men and I couldn't.
