Well, there are many favorites, depending on the situation. So, here are some of my favorites:

1) My mother's lasagna. There is nothing else like it on Heaven or Earth, and it is probably my absolute favorite.

2) A little restaurant near me makes authentic Italian pizzettes...their Quattro Formaggi is my absolute favorite pizza. (Cafe Pitti)

3) For breakfast, a diner near me makes the best Belgian waffles and French toast I have had anywhere. They have phenomenal sausage links, too! (Alexis Diner)

4) For Mexican, an enchilada with green chili sauce at La Hacienda in Old Town, Albuquerque hits the spot. Gotta have the rice and beans with it, and plenty of guacamole!

5) The diner I mentioned before also makes my favorite hot sandwich, a corned beef Reuben. Instead of the fries, I get their macaroni salad, which is extraordinary. They also make killer matzoh ball soup!

6) Mall food! Without a doubt, the Bourbon Chicken that you find at Cajun Cafe, that they are always pushing on you as you walk by. It's great stuff!

7) Spinach calzone...which I treat myself to after my appointments with my endocrinologist's...I survived another four months! :) Villa Italia pizzeria!

8) A roast-beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce and horseradish sauce wrap from Maisie's Deli...they heat it to melt the cheddar. Heaven.

My favorite drink is water, for all occasions, with all meals. Ice water with a wedge of lemon. I'm easy to please!

Girls want carbs and chocolate - Guys want meat - I'm a guy so I want Pork, Pork and more pork. And not that stuff from a store.I know people who kill the pig and make the bacon and sausage and cure the ham and bbq the butt (Shoulder). It is like going for chinese and ordering a dish marked hot and spicy and ending up with sweet because some woman threatened to sue when she ordered spicy and got it. Now the only places in the U.S.A. that I get chinese are San Francisco and New York City. I go to Texas for Mexican. If you can't travel order it delivered to you by plane as a treat.

My favorite breakfast is chocolate-almond-toffee croissants, with coffee with cream and sugar. Lunch favorite is chicken tortilla soup, with caesar salad, and sweet tea.

I have lots of dinner favorites, which vary by mood. I love grilled steak, rare, with salad and roasted potatoes. Homemade chinese food, because I took a class and there is NO good takeout around here. Fried chicken and wilted lettuce. Spaghetti and meatballs with breadsticks. Any kind of barbeque, with chips and corn on the cob. Lots of stuff. And all I drink is milk, tea, juice or water. No soadas for me, thanks...

I am not so big on desserts/sweets, but when I do eat them, I like chocolate pie or turtle cheesecake. Derby pie is good too, but I really have to be in the mood for it...

As an appetizer I'd have an awesome blossom from Outback. Then as a main course I'd have roast with green beans, carrots, mashed potatoes and macaroni. To drink, Dr. Pepper. For dessert a chocolate cake, with a hole in the middle filled with hot fudge. Milk with desert.

It's a tie between blueberry Pop-Tarts (unfrosted) Domino's pizza with hot peppers and onions. Too bad they're so unhealthy I eat them maybe twice a year.

No sides needed. As a beverage, either diet Pepsi (not because it's diet, but because I like it) or Victory Lager.

Yum.

i love Mediterranean food! there is nothing more satisfying to me than some fresh hummus and tabbouleh with warm pita. they use such refreshing ingredients in their dishes...like mint, lemon, tomatoes and parsley. there's and awesome cucumber salad...yummy. their meat is really good too. they make this type of meat called schwarma. it stands on this vertical roaster and they slice it it thin right off of it as it's roasting. they are also known for their kabobs...lamb kabobs are my favorite.
they drink this unique yogurt type drink. i really love it and it is supposed to be very good for your stomach and aids digestion. not everyone is crazy about this drink.
