Iam a 38 year old woman who has been married for 20 years but my husband travels ALOT. I only see him one week out of the month. I am always thinking about sex now...sex with other men...sex with other women...sex with both...I am constantly Horny. Why do i feel this way so much, and what can I do about it?

Stay with your husband only or other wise you will be cheating on him. How would you feel if your husband was doing something like that behind your back? If you are not happy with the relationship that you are in with your husband then you need to get a divorce for him. Then after you get your divorce from him, you can then go screw every thing in sight that doesn't have a mate out there. But when you do that I would hate to see how many STD that you get along the way!! And I promise you there won't be a decent man out there that will have anything to do with you, cause you know what that will make you out to be. You might as well collect money for it as well.

Women hit their sexual primes around 40 it is hormones they change as we get older men want less sex women want more it's nature. As for what to do about it masturbation is healthy if in moderation fantasies are normal and can be a fun part of a healthy sex life.
