Find the local thrift store and be in the mindset to look through stuff. In a pinch and in the right neighborhood you might find some designer suits for less then $5-10. Also check Freecycle.org and you can look to see if anyone has what you need.

I would just put something nice together that looked presentable. Or if you have absolutely no clothes to wear you could barrow some from someone or you could wash them by hand if you don't have a washer.

Borrow clothes from a friend. Or you could trade with a friend. This is like having two wardrobes!!!!! :)
