Come on! Get Real! You've got to be truly young, Do you like the staring? If so stare back talk to him! If not give him a look that will tell him to get lost! Good Luck!!!

Staring can mean a lot of things, so first you have to read his body language. How does he stare at you? Does he look into your eyes and try to catch ur attention? Or does he just stare at your body or the clothes you wear? And what kind of facial expression does he have when he stares at you... Maybe he does adore you, in which case if you like him back you should make eye contact. If he thinks u dress weird, i guess you can just ignore him...

Do you like him staring at you or don't you? If you don't- then ask him to stop and avoid him. If you like it, then stare back.

as in stalking? talk to a parent/guardian/police officer. as in checking you out? get used to it girl. it happens to the worst of us. lol (meaning me not u). just take it as flattery or if you hate it give him a cold look and ignore him...
