Price of Gas * distance / fuel efficiency

So, you'd multiply the price of a litre of gas (I'm assuming you are in a country that sells by the litre as you are measuring distance in km), multiply by the distance (in this case, 5000km) and then divide by the fuel efficiency of the car (or km/l measurement).
