Think of everything you talk about/believe in. How much of it did you come up with on your own? This is not a “holier-than-thou" question. It is said that every story has been written, is that the same for how people think, too? Ever thought has been proclaimed?

Musicians have original thoughts all the time because the number of various combinations of note, harmonies, tempo and rhythm are basically endless. So the last time I had an original thought was the last time I wrote a song. Of course, musical structure had an ENORMOUS impact on it, but it had really never been done before in the entire history of the universe until I wrote it. Amazing really until you realize that a whale, a chimp, a bird, an insect and even a lightening storm can do the same thing.

I think being creative literally so easy a child could do it - society just tries to make us all think it's hard.

I suppose we can't answer that question, we can't read minds to see if others had the same thought. Though I would like to believe that all humans have atleast one original thought, even if the Bible says it isn't so.

There is no such thing as original thought. Even those who wrote something, saw it somewhere else. If you go way back, you will find only one original thing: Nature

I try to keep my mind free of trendoid clutter, so my last original thought was sometime today. I didn't record the time of it, though.
