with Tyrus Thomas and Ben Wallace added to an already good line-up

Miami look out!

J.R. Smith was traded, but we really didn't need him because we have Luol Deng and Tyrus as well as Sefalosha

We lost in the first round to the eventual champs with no Ben Wallace and none of the other acquisitions. Furthermore we took two games from them and had them very frustrated. I would say we are in contention. Beware

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say no. Where's the offense?

The best offense may be a good defense, but you still need to score

Stranger things have happened though. Such as Miami winning a championship. I will agree with you there; Miami, LOOK OUT, the Raptors are gonna get you at this rate!

Well, that was pushing it, but Chicago could at least beat Miami, maybe not a championship, but they would beat Miami

Maybe not this year, but next year or the year after, yes. They have solidified their offense through draft and trades (Sefelosha, Brown) and also significantly bolstered their defense through the same ways (Wallace, Tyrus). If Hinrich and Gordon can both score 20+ per, with Deng and Nocioni both puttting up strong numbers, i can definetley see the Bulls dynasty restarting considering how young their entire team is. As long as Paxson is making his moves and Skiles pushes them hard at practice, i think this team can achieve almost anything.

You're serious? They already had the best D in the NBA stats-wise, I believe. They need O. Also, when was the last time a team went from losing in rd. 1 to going all the way the next season. Get real.

Just hope they continue to get better. They are a fun team to watch unlike the Heat.

Its funny how these bulls fans think they can go from a .500 team to a championship contender jus by acquiring an offensive liabity and drafting a rookie that has shown he can jump.
