Cheerleader or equipment manager. There'll be a fat guy with a clipboard who can tell you after a few practices much more accurately than we can.

What do you want to play? How big do you think you can get? Do you like to hit or do you like to make plays? Based on what little I know about your size and athletic ability, you look to be a candidate at Corner or Tailback. Don't worry about your bench, you need to work on your sprinting, stretching and doing lots of situps. Your core is the most important muscle group in football. Players with strong adominals, hips, glutes and legs are the best football players at any position. Everything else is gravy.

Look at your relatives and determine how much more you think you will grow. If you think you are close to your maximum size, tailback (not fullback) is the best position on offense and the only one you have a decent chance of playing beyond high school. tailbacks don't need great speed but they need quickness, balance and power. It's hard to play defensive back at 5'7" anymore beyond high school but that doesn't matter now. For high school DB and tailback are your choices with most of your efforts focused on offense. that is unless your parents are 6'+ and you think you will still grow a bit.

5' 7" seems on the short side so I'd say, for now, DB or WR, given you have decent speed. Benching 140 is no big deal as flexibility is more important. You're not really built for the trenches.

Can you get taller? Heh...5'7 is rather short for most positions other than running back...and even still that's kinda short. Steve Smith is 5'9 and a WR and does very well...so who knows, if you have to tallent and toughness to not get crushed, you could to alright with it. But if you get taller....WR and CB become an option,...if you gain weight...LB might work...you'd have to grow a bit to play most positions, but it's high school, so nobody else is probably that large yet....maybe...

5' 7" isn't very tall. And "decent" speed doesn't cut it. How much do you weigh? If you're on the heavy side and you like to hit people, fullback or safety are about it. Small guys can block because it requires good technique, but sometimes too small is just too small.

sorry bud, but that's not gonna cut it. if you want running back, you're gonna have guys who run twice as fast as you do and bench 200. you don't know what you'd be up against. i'd give you a shot at running back but that's it. but if it's something you really want, go for it
