when using a tv tuner card,can i keep my monitor pluged into my other graphix card.......and also on my regular graphix card there is a jumper for ntsc or pal what should it be set on?

If you live in North America, you want to set the card to NTSC, which is the video standard there. If you're in Europe, then you want to set it to PAL.

As for your being able to plug your monitor into your other graphics card, the answer is YES. If you have multiple video cards installed, you can go into the Display Settings through Control Panels and tell the computer which video card to use.

ntsc because thats our standard in america
