The money should not be an issue. You should find someone considerate who has lots in common and who makes you laugh.
Of the two guys the second seems the best of the two but neither is a good long term choice for a boyfriend or husband. For a short fling guy one sounds perfect and guy number two seems to be a good friend but if he is boring you should not be romantically involved.

You know the answer to your question already.
The fat spotty one would never make you happy - while at least you'd have fun with the other one.
It's nice to have someone to turn to when you need help - but, at the end of the day, money really doesn't matter all that much.
Life's for living girl - get out there and start living it. Leave the fat spotty men to the fat spotty women!!!

ask yourself firstly.. do you love any of these men? are you in love with any of these men... (two different feelings entirely as I'm sure you know).
Also... stop using your head to analise.. your heart will tell you if you let it.. unless you love them both
But as said above by someone... don't settle for second best. I'd rather be alone & happy than with some one and unhappy???!!!??? So wait until the right one comes along..and that person will not be Mr Perfect(noone is) but he will hopefully have a mixture of qualities that Mr1 and Mr2 possess and his own traits that you may also like... You need to know what you want out of life and what is most important to you firstly.
Beauty is only skin deep.. money is materliasitic.. and neither may last...personality kinda hopefully remains??? Laughter is everything also... i'd wait for MR Right not MR right now or Mr 3 etc... just wait and have fun finding Mr Right!
You say you have to choose... you never should have to do anything .. its YOUR life and believe you me .. it's no dress rehearsal....live it to the full and never ever settle for second best.

For me personally, i would pick guy number 1. I couldn't choose a guy i had nothing in common cause i would get nothing out of the relationship. Guy number 2 would be an alright friend. And money can't buy me love.

I would go with Mr stability. I tried the good looking thing and ended up trying to make a jerk happy for about 12 years now I'm with Mr. Stability and he has done nothing but try to make ME happy for the last2 years with no end in sight.

get rid of them both and find someone with all the assets you want. Why settle for less. There are plenty of men out there. Are u in a hurry to find someone?? slow down and look around.

I guess you just have to choose who you can see yourself getting old with. Me personally I would go with guy #1. I could never be with someone who I didn't enjoy being with. If your with someone only for their money your going to have a lifetime of regret.
