Darryl Hall and John Oates are originally from the '70s ant they have amazing talent. Don't just judge them by their '80s music library. Their first album was released in 1972, and they're still actively creating music and touring today!

Air Supply! I liked (Darryl) Hall & (John) Oates. They were one of my 80s favorites.

Oh my goodness....I like them both! Guilty pleasures, you know. Kind of like Barry Manilow.
Hall & Oates is probably better, though. So I guess Air Supply is the answer to your question.
