yes, geta test, HCG even at a very low level will show up and it's right on.

not really unless you have been pregnant many times before and start to reconize suttle symptoms that may have been present in the past. No pee test can tell you that soon. The only test is a blood test. I had a blood test done when I was about a week after conception with the one I am pregnant now. But I knew I was by the soreness in my breast and the cramping I got after I had sex> For me these showed up in 3-4 days but for most people they don't show that soon. This is my 5th pregnancy 3 births one miscarriage and my next is due in 8 weeks.

I'm no doctor but I don't believe so, I had a blood test a week after and it came up negative but later that month it was positive.. I suppose that it could be different for other people.. but I hope it works out for the best either way.

if you take at test it might give you results if you are pregnant! but the only way to tell is with a blood test! but you usually dont get symptoms till like 2 or three weeks.
usually your horomones start changing, and your breasts get tender and swollen.. thats a good sign! also if you period is supposed to start and doesnt, and if it starts and then it stops really short! but if you really wan to know, get the blood test!!

With in a week of what?Having sex?Or after having missed your period.I would say no to having sex thing.But if you have missed your period and a week has gone by yeah you may be.I would take a test.

I really don't know that you can tell you are so soon....it usually takes about two week or so until the missed period. But, hey, I am sure it is possible so soon...some people say they know right away

for sure? No, you can't tell for sure until the HCL (sp) hormone is build up in your body and that takes a little more than 1 week

no, it useaully takes 3 -4 weeks and somtimes longer
