Is it possible to get a four year old cell phone record from Sprint?

For one specific month almost for years ago reflecting the outgoing calls made.

I don't know, but your phone records are kept online for some time. If you havn't registered your account online yet. Today is the time to start. Once logged in you'll be able to see all your old bills.
