I know some bikes clutches just sound like that.
My roommate had a Ducati Monster that had a clutch that was terribly loud, and there was nothing wrong with it.

If you can hear the clicking in top of the motor it would be probably be the valves. Depending on the service history and mileage this could be right. Since there isn't a load on the engine until you put into gear. Maybe just an oil change is needed.

The carbs or throttle bodies are out of sych. you proved this when you said noise goes away when clutch is loaded. the noise is caused by clutch plates rttling due to the cylinders not firing equally.
Common 'fault' when bike is overdue for service ( you need everything checked which may not be cheap, depending on bike)

Normal clutch noise. or, one some bikes, the reeds in the fresh air injector (PAIR valve).

sounds like clutch noise to me,dont trip on every little thing. When something is actually wrong you will know it in a hurry.

Mine will start to do this when the oil is broke down

Clutch needs tobe adjusted deeper in, it's to far out side.
