Global warming doesn't scare me it warms me up.

No, actually, it doesn't. An excess of carbon dioxide and the few degrees of warming predicted (scare movies to the contrary) will be a GOOD thing for most of the earth. More vegetation (it loves CO2!) and warmer temperatures are good for the human race.
But there's still room for doubt about whether we are undergoing climate change at all and whether humans are a contributing factor.
Did you know that ice in Antarctica is increasing? Did you know that some scientists are predicting the next ice age?

Absolutely. It's frightening partly because of the climate change oh-god-we're-all-going-to-die aspects, but also because it's a true global problem... to solve it, most of the world is going to have to pitch in a bit in terms of behavior and energy usage shifts. This doesn't fit well with the world's population being chunked up into a set of nations, not all of whom acknowledge the problem, believe it should be fixed, or will cooperate with other nations just on principle.

The most frightening aspect, to me, is really that many politicians refuse to acknowledge the problem. I hear a lot of "it's just a phase," or "the climate has shifted before, and we're still here," or "that's just science fiction," or even "don't worry, just trust in [insert appropriate god here]." A number of studies show that the problem is either real and starting to affect us now, or it's very likely and will affect us soon. If just we pretend it doesn't exist, we'll end up squandering our opportunities to allow the environment to repair the damage, or for us to reduce the impact.

It concerns me. I feel passionately we should take care of the earth. But while I feel we need to curb our fossil fuel usage, and take other steps to be kinder to our planet, we haven't been keeping records long enough to know if climactic changes are the result of global warming or just cyclical. Let's all be green anyway.

I think it should be a concern for everyone...the fact the glaciers are melting at a fast rate... the "spell" we are having isn't just a coincidence....
The sooner the Ozone layer departs the more "odd" things we will see.. but that is just my humble opinion.
