1) Open the image in any graphics program, such as Windows Paint.
2) Click File, Save As
3) Choose JPEG format and save.

go to that pic & open it in whatever program it opens in & under file click save as & when it comes up click on the drop down menu where it has bitmap...etc & click jpeg & click save. If it won't save under jpeg save under jpg.

rename the file as filename.jpeg or open it with Photoshop and convert it through that.

you can visit www.filehippo.com and download a very small, easy to use program called Irfanview
with it you will be able to convert image filetypes.
