You are both underage, its a different story when he turns 18.

On another note: Use protection! The world doesn't need anymore 14 year mothers who can't take care of their children

first off you say the girl is 15 and the boy 17 then you go on to say the girl is 14 and the girl is 16. Obviously you are pregnant and your not sure if you are 14 or 15 and your not sure if your boy friend is 16 or 17 and on top of that you do not know how to spell.

Well since you can not spell or you do not know how old you are, who is to say you are not twelve and the father of the child 12. Since you can not spell or know your ages, then you are not capable of caring for this child or raising the child.

The child needs to be put up for adoption. Your parents need to sign you up for the Sylvan Learning center so you can learn to spell. After the baby is born you should have your tubes tide. It is obvious you will never be mature enough to raise a child.

Give the baby up and let a loving family who wants a child raise the child. Before you can be a mother you need to know how to spell. Along with spelling goes reading. How will you be able to read the formula can or the bottle of medicine if the child gets sick.

I am not trying to be mean. You may have a learning disability and this other man took advantage of that and pressured you into having sex. So you should have your parents press charges against the father.

OK let's get this straight. How old are you guys? And another thing just because you have a baby at 13 or 15 doesn't mean you will raise your child in poverty. I have 5 children 22,19,15,11 and 1 month old. Don't live in the hood, projects or section 8 housing. My husband is older than I and the father of all. He's not a drug dealer or ex-convict. He teaches at a college and I am a phlebotomist. My children are A students 2 in college and no grands. This is in response to all ignorant people who choose to stereo-type any and all young parents.I am 35 )that's right)my husband 48 yrs old. It was not molestation or rape. Unless you blame me this relationship was all me.Now if youare afraid to go to jail this implies that you know you were wrong. If you are worried then you are wrong. You are too immature to be having sex and don't even consider babies.By the way we are 2 successful African- Americans.

No one will be charged unless the parents press charges. The parent(s) of this girl will be bearing this burden as well, so the guy and even his parents if he is under 18 need to accept some of the responsibility in allowing this to happen. I would rather take it to civil court than criminal court. Both baby's parents need to experience the full responsibility of this child in some way. Hopefully they will do what is best for the child and not just think of themselves. The baby is an innocent victim here.

no, but maybe. A friend of mine he was 17 and he had sex with a 15 year old girl..well her parents werent to happy about it, and when he turned 18 they were still able to press charges on him. So it goes all with the laws of your state.

Not if you both are under age. Unless the parents of the girl wanted to press charges.

Not unless the girl or her parents want to press charges. The ages vary from state to state though so it depends on that too.

no they wouldnt get charged because they are both minors if they were 18 and 15 yes then they would get charged but they are both minors so you really dont have anything to worry about unless the girl says she was raped

It's sad that you are going to teach your child how to spell. Uggg.

Yes, he can go to jail. The baby is proof of statutory rape.

It all depends on what state you live in.
Being there is only two years between them, it may be considered as baby's having baby's.
