Why do you want people to sign up for a newsletter? Why don't you just post the information on your web site? I think people already get enough SPAM.

offer something free, like a free consultation on your services, a free quote on your products, a free t-shirt, or something that you can afford to give for free, especially something that will lead those people to buy whatever it is that your company offers
