I am an EXPERT on this kind of thing, having tried probably 75 percent of the products out there designed to clear up skin. First you should know that all skin types are different and what works for some people won't work for others. What for the most part works universally, is the Proactiv Skin Care Regimen which involves three steps. If used consistently, Proactiv basically guarantees great results and a MUCH clearer face. But, if you decide against Proactiv, you can try using soap and water. Contrary to popular belief, it does NOT clog pores, it cleans them as well as it dries out pimples. You can expect a bit of redness for the first couple of days, but then you should see your skin getting clearer. For whiteheads, I suggest using a cleanser that beads up so that it can exfoliate and scrub away the whitehead itself without spreading its bacteria. For redness, I suggest a redness reducing cream you can find at a drugmart. If you play a lot of sports, or workout and find your forehead sweating, use SpectroAcne Pads as opposed to OxyPads. I find they work better. I hope my advice helps you out a bit, good luck.

I always wash my face in the morning when i wake up and before i go to bed to make sure i wash all the make up off. I wash my face once a week with alcohol, only once a week or it'll make ur face dry and it'll make them worse. Use a moisturizer once a day everyday. Wash ur face before u put on makeup even if u've already washed ur face that day to make sure your pored are clean. I do that and it really helps. But, my mom is a dermatologist so i guess that helps too!! good luck

I have been using Proactive for a couple of weeks now and I have seen results. I think Olay has good products as well, I have an aunt who has used them for years and she looks younger than what she is. I tried Proactive after nothing else over the counter worked for me. I also cut back on cokes, chocolate and started drinking plenty of water.

I'd use 'Witch Hazel' to make your pores clean and gradually smaller, then use 'Vitamin E cream', that will moisterize and help close pores too. All natuarl which is a bonus, no crap chemicals leeching into your system.

the noxema line works so good! all my friends ask why my skin is so "flawless" and that is what does it! if that doesnt work ask ur dermotologist to perscribe something called "Klaron". IT WORKS REALLY GOOD ON THE PIMPLES ON UR FOREHEAD!
