I mean if someone is stupid enough to dring gasoline(poison), or climb a power pole and touch wires (high voltage signs) they deserve to be dead. Weeds out the idiots, thins out the herd

Either way, label or not, it's useless, people will still go against the warning. Especially those "Do Not Touch" signs, I have seen adults who would spend 3-4 seconds looking at the sign and then proceed to touch it.

Leave it on for the sake that you won't be held responsible.

Or, design your product so that it is fool-proof.

Its not a matter of stupidity. How do you think that people discovered that gasoline was poisonous? Someone tried it, thats for sure. We take for granted things we know.

It's all about legal politics. An electric company does not want to be sued for damages because it can be argued that they didn't warn anyone.
