So far I don't like it, I like the last years better, with trade mark properties and ginger. Right now they are in San Antonio.

Not liking it either. Watched mainly for the cast. They just grew on me. Read on A&E site that the cast will move to TLC and have a show "Worst to First". I forsee this once hit show canceled.

I haven't seen it, as it will be aired tonight on A&E.
Anyone with a house that they plan to sell in the next five years needs to watch this show.
What kills me that some of these shows have a budget of say, $10k to do the whole house... obviously not including the labor that they invariably always end up using.
That's part of how they market these shows, making it seem relatively cheap to flip.
Sometimes my jaw just drops when they list some ridiculously low ball number to the job.
"Flip this House" is a little more real, but that guy is a professional... 99% of Americans are not in that league.
Example, that one show were the GC wanted $40k for his work... but like I could argue that bill like Richard did, give me a break.
In the real world were most of us live, labor is a HUGE part of the deal.

The concept is what is important, not the cast. The show can be a learning experience. All you need to succeed in the business is some financial backing.

In commercial - well, Ginger from the first one was pretty hot...
Now they have two in the closet homo's. Yeah I don't like it either so far.
Final Thoughts - Lame...
Why are they flipping something that looks like a trailer home? I also have never seen bathroom tile painted over; seems really cheap.

watching it...really disappointed not to see richard and the gang!!! thats what we watch it for, to me they were the show
