I also get cramps really super bad. The ONLY thing that has ever worked for me is tylenol.. So if you happen to have any of that, I would take that. And for next time, what i've found that works, is if you start taking the tylenol as directed (or whatever else you want to use) 2 or 3 days BEFORE your period comes, you'll hardly even feel the cramps! It works amazingly!
I hope this helps.

Here are some things that I do for cramps, I learned these all from my mom and sisters.
-Light exercise or yoga
-Taking ibuprofen or another pain reliever
-Warm bath
-Heating pad
If nothing else works, or I feel to painful to move, I curl up on the couch into a ball. For me, it helps ease the pain.
All of these work for me, but yet again I don't get cramps a lot. I hope this helped, though!

I get bad cramps all the time! I take two Moltrin or Asprin or another pain reliever and I turn on the TV and curl up on the couch, kind of tucked into a ball. It helps ease the pain.

Take a warm bath. If you have a heating pad use that if not use some warm towels. If none of that works lay down and go to sleep. When you wake up you will at least feel a bit better.

So, currently in your house you don't have any Ibuprofen, Tylenol or any kind of pain relief?
I put my cat on my stomach. He warms me a little. It helps a little:). I'm sorry you are in pain. Maybe you should run to the store & get those pills!!! You shouldn't live with pain like that!

For now, heating pad, or hot bath, and exercise.
Since your cramps are really bad you should go to the doc. and get birth control, I used to get terrible cramps, but I got the Pill for my cramps, and I rarely have them now, and when I do, they aren't very bad at all.

Physical activity. Sit ups, or any type of exercise. Also try a heating pad.
