A bio-terrorist attack!
You cannot see it, feel it or hear it. It happens so suddenly. You cannot see where it is originating from and if you cannot find the source, you cannot deal with it. Hospitals will overflow with patients, doctors and nurses will fall short. Citizens are not informed about what to do to take precaution. You can see it happening around you, people falling ill and dying but there will be little people can do. Have you heard of the Ebola Virus? One of the deadliest known to man. No cure!
So yes, a bio-terrorist attack would be the worst.

The world become a dark hole of poverty, polution, and suffering.A gun is the new "man's best friends".Little kids kill out of habbit.Goverment no longer is "great".Every ten year old knows how to use a gun.The world no longer knows what the word "love" means. Which is all already happening might I add. The human race will kill itself off, let's just hope we aren't there when it happens.

The worst disaster is probably not a natural one, the worst disaster could possibly be is a genocide of all humans or a nuclear war. Maybe not those, but the worst disaster i think would be cause by humans themselves.

A large asteroid to colliding with the earth or an all-out nuclear war. Result would basically be the same.
YA going down would be a close alternative.
