Ingested blood from a nose bleed, prolonged or vigorus vomiting can tear small blood vessels in the throat or lower esophagus causing bleeding, a peptic ulcer, gastritis,, cancer eg stomach cancer esophagus cancer. Red blood means bleeding occured shortly before you vomited, brown blood indicates it has been in your stomach for a longer time.

Could be lots of things. How much blood? If it's lots you might got an ulcer in your stomach. The bloodloss could cause the dizziness. With blood in the vomit I would not play around. Go to to the ER.

Vomiting blood is usually a medical emergency. Anyone throwing up blood should go to the emergency room or call 911.
