There are a couple of tools you can use. One is www.domaintools.com which will show you the registration for the site and other details like contact info, age and so on.
Another tools is Mcafee's Site Adivsor (www.siteadvisor.com) which looks more for scamming type sites or ones that send volumes of email.

i wouldnt give my information to them. They definately look fishy to me. All they have is login and registration sign in. Report it to the local internet authority in your country for further investigation.
It might be legal but i seriously doubt it. They should be giving further information like how long it takes for funds to transfer and whatnot.

I took a peek and your never get sent to a SSL so your info can be hacked by a high school kid....
never give CC# numbers unless they have a security certificate
