Yep, here in Oklahoma. In fact, Oklahoma City got smart and lets you buy the license with your water bill-- and dropped the price, too.
Besides-- if you outgrew that dress-- and you'd paid a pretty penny for it-- why not get something back?--
I am trying to get junk out of my house-- so I don't stop at yard sales- I know better!
I do have friends that have furnished houses with garage sales-- all the way to a piano! They plan their route and times to get the best first! Another friend has a brother that is a policeman-- he sees stuff on his patrols and calls his sister-- It is true-- one man's trash is another man's treasure.

It is a big thing here in South Carolina and i know Fla also. What others may think is junk to them it could be a treasure for u.
