what do you think, if you disagree which movie would you say is the ultimate

good call good call... possibly! I cant really think of a better one actually, at least not one anyone else would agree with. I think swing kids is on that level, but no one else does. and scarface is like godfather meets texas chansaw! and i also like mobsters, christan slayter plays a GREAT ginnie in that movie... loved it. i dunno though....tough question!

The big dogs have rated the films and you can get a list by search for Casablanca. Someone else here has also listed Citizen Kane and The Godfather. These three have to be in the top ten as examples of how good films should be made.

On a subjective basis, and what isn't, I don't think there is anything as the best movie of all time. One, if honest, would have to pick a composite film, composite man, composite woman. Casablanca still has my vote.

Not even in the top 20. The best of all time could be Casablanca, Citizen Kane, Gone with the Wind, etc. My personal favorite is The Matrix.

sorry Sabrina but I don't like any of the Godfather flicks-Goodfellas is the best gangster film-best trilogy for way all movies tied together is Back to the Future, 3 o' Clock High is best but obscure comedy, Mr. Holland's Opus is to me the best drama-i'm a guy but ending always gets to me-Hellraiser is best horror film.

No, way...The Color Purple and Malcolm X way outweigh The Godfather.

The Village, M. Night Shyamalan his story involving the wonder of our resilience to pain and sorrow that comes with the human experience and how no matter how awful things can get, hope and love can not be defeated.
(one of my favs)
