Nothing Hezbollah is organized into a political organization with its own social network and military within a country.
American gangs may control some neighborhoods but have nothing else.

They are a reaction to America's elitist policies
The gangs came out of the flase war on drugs and the divide between the rich and the poor.
Hezbollah came out of Israel's 1982 invasion of Lebanon and America's attempt to carve up the world and dominate.

There is nothing in common! Hezbollah is a resistance group which works to free the Lebanese Prisoners in Israel. It also works to free lebanese occupied lands and it wants Israel to submit to Lebanon the map of mines it has implanted in Lebanon. It wants Israel to stop its interferences in Lebanon.
