Sensual is more of a feeling or atmosphere to describe the emotion involved in something attractively sexual. Sexual just means anyhthing to do with sex, absoloutely anything.

The "act" of sex = sexual
Being sensual might mean different things to different people. I can give my boyfriend a nice back rub and that's sensual, but no sex.

sensual is a feeling like wearing something sexy, smelling nice, carressing. Sexual is the act of having sex. Both go great together.
